Refund policy

We have a No Return policy, which means once your order has been processed we will not accept cancelations or returns.  You may request a cancelation prior to the order being processed (1-4 business days).

To be eligible for a cancelation, your order must be pending.

To request a cancelation, you can contact us at store@nakedtreepergola.com. Please note that cancelation is subject to the status of your order.  No order may be canceled once the order has been shipped.

If your cancelation is accepted, your purchase will be refunded electronically through the same method of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed your cancelation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
